The management of the company is exercised by a Management Executive Committee headed by the Chairman of the Board who is also the Chief Executive Officer of the company.

The Management Committee is responsible for the management of the company on day-to-day basis and thus answers to the Board for policy interpretation and implementation; corporate operations and company administration; marketing and business development; cost control and financial management and generally for the running and overall supervision of the company.
